DefKOn One fighting and fightness provides west Georgia and east Alabama with top level combat sports, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA training. Defkon One Fighting & Fitness opened its doors to the public on Monday, January 21,2008 in Villa Rica, Ga. We offer Adult & Kids Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing & Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Combat Cardio and Judo. There are classes throughout the day Monday through Saturday. We are located at 901 S. Carroll rd Suite F , Villa Rica, GA 30180. For complete directions please ENTER our site and visit the contact page. We feature a 1500 sq. ft. mat area for BJJ as well as 1000 sq ft of kickboxing space. Unique to the area is the 18' diameter octagon-shaped cage in the center of the academy. We also feature a 20' x 20' competition boxing ring for MMA purposes.
